In Loving Memory of a wonderful Sister

My dearest Sister and Mother-in-Israel Dr Pastor Aderonke Mosuro, it is with deep sorrow that I write this tribute about you at your prime age when we should be celebrating more of children’s wedding, graduation, birth of grandchildren and milestone birthdays.

This is a hard pill to swallow. When are we going to wake up from this bad dream. Our solace is in God.

Your life was one of purpose and you fulfilled it in giant strides. You were a woman of God – you loved, reverenced and served God with all sincerity. Your life was exemplary, you were selfless and kind with a heart of Gold like your late father (Pa E.A. Idowu). You were a great mother to all our children, you loved them deeply and left an indelible mark. This was affirmed by the utterances made by our mother when the news of your demise was broken to her: In her loud cry she called you “Aderonke, omomi alaanu”

We fasted, prayed and hoped God would spare you if just for another 30years. God loved you more. He giveth and he taketh away. We cannot question God. A silent thought, a secret tear keeps your memory ever near in our hearts.
We love and miss you sorely. Sleep on my darling Sister Ronke till we meet to part no more.

Love you forever.
Pamela Idowu.
